Technical Support
The training platform is committed to providing technical support to trainees registered in its courses throughout the period of their registration in the course until they pass it. Support services also include issuing certificates for courses previously registered in. Technical support service is requested through the following channels:

- Chat bot for technical support
- Submission Policy Technical support service for beneficiaries
- Service Guide and Mechanism for Escalating Support Requests and Complaints
Support and care policies for beneficiaries:
- The platform provides a system for receiving beneficiary notifications simultaneously during official working hours and not synchronously outside official working hours.
- The platform is committed to answering technical support requests within a period not exceeding 48 hours regarding problems with accessing and reviewing course content.
- If there are technical problems on the part of the platform that prevent the trainee from enrolling in the synchronous course, the trainee can be scheduled for a future course, and he is also entitled to a refund for the course if he requests it.
